DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Time

We aim to ship all orders the same day if placed before 5 PM. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Karachi: Next 2 Working Days

• Lahore & Islamabad: 2–3 working days

• Other Cities: 3–5 working days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary. If we anticipate any delays from the vendor, we’ll inform you promptly.

Delivery Charges

• Flat Rate: Rs. 200/-

Track Your Order

You can track your order anytime using your order number on the “My Account” page.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS and email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status.
For orders with multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery Practices

• Receiving Your Order:
  Sealed packages must be paid for before opening. If the seal is broken, the delivery agent cannot accept a return on the spot.

• Need to Return?
  If there’s an issue after receiving the item, contact our Customer Service at +92-321-9293000. The product must meet our Return Policy conditions.

• Delivery Location:
  We only deliver to private addresses (home or office). We do not deliver to public locations such as streets, cafés, or restaurants.
